Lucia’s Kitchen was established in 2005 by Lucia Velasco-Evans. Either baking sweets or preparing savory dishes, happiness happens in the kitchen!
Having been born and raised in Mexico City, Lucia loves bringing the excitement of her county’s cuisine into the cooking. Before opening her own business, she was co-owner of Two Girls Catering in Portsmouth and prior to that, was part of Arrows Restaurant for eleven years, where in 1995, she won a James Beard Award as Best Pastry Chef in the Northeast.
